Music Over Matter provide a wide range of different music workshop styles. From a teaching stance to allow young children the oppitunity to learn about the freedom that music gives, to fun quizzes designed for reminiscing over past music tastes. We also provide music sessions that just involve playing music and seeing where it takes us. Walking through all different genres and styles we aim to provide the needs of anyone willing to join in our workshops.

Primary Education Workshops

Our Primary school workshops provide learning music with a very fun approach showing all the freedom that music brings. Workshops are very interactive and can consist of rhythm exercises, dynamics, melody making, songwriting and other activties such as creating your own instrument.
SEN Workshops
SEN in primary schools is becoming more inclusive, but it is sometimes still difficult for students to participate in musical activities. With this in mind, our specially tailored sessions offer SEN pupils a chance to engage with music and with their fellow students, building relationships and strengthening bonds through music.
